Material

 

1.Post : uses hot-dipped galvanized steel sheet as raw material with zinc coat 80g to 120g per squre meter. This kind of steel sheet is strong corrosion resistance, good surface quality, uniform galvanized layer and conductive to processing. The material reaches and exceed EN-10149-2 standard.

 

 

2.Wire for panel

 

adopts high quality low carbon hot-dipped galvanized steel wire with 60g to 80g zinc coat, tensile strength above 450N to 500N.

Installation

 

 

1.Insertion Type

 

 

The hole for the post should be made in advance and distanceof every one is in line with one of post on the sheet. The size of hole is 250×250×400 (Length×Width×Depth) mm (P.S. the size is just for ground). If you want to adopt the way of installation about teh concrete base, its size is 120×120×400 (L×W×D)mm.Panel must be installed with post synchronously and when everything is ready, you can just pour concrete directly.

 

 

 

 

2.The way of welding or cinnecting bolt

 

 

The post and basement can be combined in a way of welding or connecting bolt. The basement should be finished in advance according to the drawing sheet before installation. To make every basement even and distance of each other the same. Furthermore,bolt is stainless steel and anti-theft to make products safe and anti-theft.
